Suzanne was educated in the UK obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Management Science from Loughborough University and a subsequent Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management in Reading. She has been working in property since 2002 and as a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2006. She has worked at Bermuda Realty since January 2009 and specializes in Commercial Property Management and property valuation. In the last 10 years she has valued well in excess of 2,200 properties totaling over $5.25bn. Her valuation work includes residential, commercial, retail and industrial property as well as vacant land. Clients include banks, private clients, trusts and lawyers. She is a Registered Surveyor on the Government Panel and holds her Real Estate License.
