About Me

Tim joined Bermuda Realty in September 2022 as Senior Land Surveyor – Survey Team Leader, bringing a wealth of experience with him from over 20 years work in the consultancy sector. He has a BSc. Hons in Surveying and Mapping Science from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the UK and is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

During his time in the geospatial field, Tim has worked in various environments ranging from the rail sector to nuclear sites, applying his skills to many different challenges to successfully complete topographic surveys, measured building surveys including elevational and floor plan surveys, setting-out and laser scanning. His work has taken him all over the UK, and internationally to places such as the Falkland Islands and Belize.
Tim has managed survey teams throughout his career, organising and planning work, and has mentored many junior colleagues, setting up a training plan for new staff, and ensuring staff meet the professional standards expected of a modern surveyor. As well as this he guided staff on the way to them achieving the MRICS qualification and will continue this here in Bermuda.
