About Me

Chad Booth joined Bermuda Realty in 2020 as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Chad is responsible for the direction and oversite of the corporate finance team, information technology, human resources, compliance and overall general management of the company and its operations. Chad also provides oversite and direction to the divisional management team as well as the directors and shareholders of the company.

Prior to joining Bermuda Realty, he provided consulting services to companies in a variety of industries including insurance, real estate, financial services and information technology. He also served in several senior management and executive roles in Bermuda providing expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, cash flow management, capital management, statutory reporting, compliance and various other oversite responsibilities. Prior to assuming these roles, Chad spent ten years in public practice providing a variety of assurance and advisory services to both public and private companies.

Chad was educated in Canada and received a Bachelor of Commerce (cum laude), majoring in accounting for St. Mary’s University. He Subsequently attained his Chartered Accountant designation and was admitted to Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia in 1999. Chad it a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia.
