About Me

Rob has been with the Professional Services Team of Bermuda Realty since 2004. Rob is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (M.R.I.C.S.) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (with Honours) in Urban Land Economics gained in 1989 from Sheffield Hallam University (U.K.). He is also entered on the Register of Professional Surveyors maintained by the Government of Bermuda. He has more than 28 years post-qualification experience in professional property dealings including such disciplines as valuation, management, development, research, investment and agency. In Bermuda, his principle areas of practice include the valuation of residential and commercial real estate, property management, consultancy and research associated with the property market. He is on the valuation panel of the Banks, the Courts, law firms and trust companies.
