Victor has worked in Management and Property Management for over 30 years in roles that have included project management, asset tracking and management, cost analysis,
troubleshooting building structural and mechanical issues and development of preventive maintenance programs, schedules and budgets.Victor brings to his role at Bermuda Realty a thorough knowledge of Bermuda’s building codes, health and safety regulations locally and internationally, and strong analytical skills for property maintenance and repair issues. He has excellent communication skills, verbally and written, with individuals and groups and is conversant with numerous software programs that support his role at BRCL. His ability to combine his analytical, technical, management and communication skills helps him provide his clients with a top quality service.
