Enter the single storey unit from the elevator. Water views from the living room and main bedroom, that both have balconies to enjoy. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances as well as views. The first two bedroom share the Jack and Jill bathroom, while the third has access to the second bathroom with the rest of the unit. The mailbox is located at the covered entrance of the block.
