Angie Lodge is an integral part of the Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty team, bringing more than 30 years of experience and heartfelt dedication to the real estate industry.

She began her career with LP Gutteridge Real Estate, which later merged with Bermuda Realty, and has earned a reputation for her deep knowledge of the residential market and her strength as a trusted, thoughtful negotiator. Over the years, Angie has received numerous industry awards, including recognition as a Best of Bermuda Real Estate awardee. She has also been well known in the community for her work as a political correspondent with VSB Radio and TV News.

Having lived overseas and experienced a richly diverse culture, Angie gained a broader perspective and an even deeper appreciation for what “home” truly means — not just a place, but a feeling of comfort, security, and belonging.

For Angie, real estate has always been about people and relationships. There is nothing more rewarding than guiding someone through the purchase of their very first home — witnessing the excitement, pride, and possibility in that moment.
