About Me

Graham grew up in Bermuda and is a BA Economics graduate of Western University, London, Ontario. Proud father of two and grand-father of one. For 18 years he was a Director/Manager of a major department store in Bermuda.

He joined Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty in November, 2000 as a dedicated Commercial Representative. Graham brings a strong tradition of customer service and extensive knowledge of the City of Hamilton to the team. He is committed to listening to his clients’ needs and utilizing his keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. While Graham has been involved in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate over the past 19 years, his main focus has been in the Landlord rep office leasing and sales markets where he is a highly regarded professional. He has marketed several new office buildings in the City of Hamilton including The Maxwell Roberts Building, Andrews Place, 19 Par-la-Ville Road, 131 Front Street, Milner Place, Powerhouse, 141 Front Street and Waterloo House. He has also found tenants for many existing City office buildings such as Mintflower Place, Windward Place, Wellesley House, Ideation House, Cedar House, Wessex House, Sterling House, The Swan Bldg., Victoria Place, Washington House, AIG, etc.

He prides himself in always going the extra mile to complete the deal and looks forward to assisting clients in the complex business of Commercial Real Estate. For more than a decade, Graham has consistently been honoured as the #1 Commercial Representative in the Coldwell Banker Island Affiliate Region. Graham has also been recognised for achieving Gross Commission Income within the top 3% of all Worldwide Coldwell Banker Representatives.
