Jason Smith joined Bermuda Realty in 2007 as a Land Surveyor’s Assistant and has since grown into a valued member of our Property Management team, demonstrating dedication and adaptability throughout his career. Through his commitment to professional growth, Jason has developed a broad skill set and now serves as a Junior Property Manager. In this role, he is instrumental in supporting our Property Management team, conducting property inspections, negotiating leases, and ensuring seamless operations across our portfolio of management properties. His approachable demeanor and in-depth knowledge make him a trusted resource for tenants and property owners alike.
