About Me
Stratton Hatfield is the founder of Bedrock, which he co-created with his mother, real estate veteran Fiona Hatfield. He brings a modern, forward-thinking approach to real estate and sustainability in Bermuda, grounded in a decade of experience in renewable energy through his work with BE Solar. His background blends design, strategic marketing, and a strong commitment to community resilience.
He holds an MSc in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Design from Brunel University and a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Online Business School. As a licensed Bermuda Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty, Stratton leads Bedrock’s sustainability advisory—helping clients enhance property value, reduce long-term operating costs, and improve comfort and resilience through practical, future-focused solutions.
Stratton studied in the United States for nine years and earned his BFA from the Savannah College of Art & Design. Outside of his professional work, he and his wife create cast-concrete botanical sculptures under the brand YART, inspired by Bermuda’s native flora. Their pieces are featured in collections across the island and abroad.
